Little Rock Port Authority
The Little Rock Port Authority was created by Arkansas Code Annotated 14-186-203 - Little Rock City Code, Section 25-1, 2. Its seven (7) members serve five (5)-year terms. The duties of the Port Authority are to perform any function which may tend to develop and improve the harbors, ports, river rail or barge terminals of the City, and to increase the movement of commerce through them.
Members are appointed by the Little Rock City Board of Directors.
The Little Rock Port Authority meets the third Wednesday of each month at 11:30 AM in the Port Authority Building, 10600 Industrial Harbor Road, Little Rock, AR 72206.
