WHAT:      The City of Little Rock will hold a public meeting on Monday, May 4 at 5:30 p.m. at the Centre at University Park to discuss the adoption of possible ordinances that will allow greater ease in the creation of low-impact developments. 

Discussions will also include changes to the City of Little Rock stormwater and drainage manual, in addition to sections of Chapter 36 of the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance that may be required to accomplish this.

Representatives from the City of Little Rock’s Public Works Department, Planning and Development Department, Grants Management Division, and others will be present to discuss the project and to receive public input.

WHO:         Developers and members of the general public with an interest in new methods that prevent flooding and enhance air and water quality.
