WHAT:  A public meeting will be held to discuss plans to redesign the drainage system along Cecil Drive from Cecil Drive to Shepard Drive.  The meeting will be held at the Trinity Presbyterian Church, 4501 Rahling Road on Thursday, January 23, 2014 beginning at 5:30 p.m.

The project will include reconstructing the old “open-ditch” drainage system in the area between Shepard and Cecil to a new underground drainage system. This area has experienced flooding and drainage issues in the past.

Representatives from Public Works Civil Engineering Division and the Project Engineer will be present to discuss the project and to receive public input.
