LITTLE ROCK (Jan. 2, 2018) – The City of Little Rock announces the Little Rock District Criminal Court will hold an Amnesty Program the entire month of February.  Beginning February 1, 2018 through February 28, 2018, those individuals with active Failure to Pay, Failure to Comply, or Failure to Appear warrants have the opportunity to appear on those warrants without the fear of being arrested. Those who qualify will have no fines, costs or penalties added to the balance.

Individuals are to report to the Little Rock District Court at 600 West Markham St. between 8 and 8:30 a.m. any Monday through Friday during the month of February. Those who want to know if they qualify for the program can contact the Little Rock Criminal Court Clerk’s Office at 501-371-4739 or the Criminal Court Probation Department at 501-371-4725.

“The Little Rock District Court is serious about enforcing penalties and fines imposed by the court.  This amnesty program is an effort to get more violators to complete the obligations of their sentences,” said Judge Hugh Finkelstein.
