LITTLE ROCK – A Splash Pad will become the latest feature in the Children’s Play Area in Riverfront Park in Little Rock on Thursday. Mayor Mark Stodola and City Director Dean Kumpuris, M.D., will be joined by John Burkhalter and Wayne Woods, two Little Rock businessmen who have underwritten the cost of the Splash Pad in honor of their children. Little Rock Parks & Recreation completed the construction of the area.

Burkhalter is President of Burkhalter Technologies and Woods is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the marketing firm Cranford Johnson Robinson Woods.
