Bulky Item Collection

Bulky (large) item collection is by appointment only. To determine whether an item qualifies for bulk item collection or to make an appointment to have a qualifying item picked up from the curb, call 803-576-2440. You can also visit on of our drop-off centers to dispose of items at your convenience. 

Items that qualify include: 

• refrigerators, stoves, washing machines, dishwashers 
• hot water heaters 
• metal grills (no propane tanks) 
• push mowers (no gas or oil) 
• furniture 
• mattresses

Doors on appliances must be removed. Requires scheduled pick up.

4 Free bulky item pickups per year. Each additional pickup will be $25 for 2 CY and $10 for each CY above that.
