History

Granite Heights Park occupies 10.4 acres of level to gently-sloping land located on the old Pine Bluff Highway in southeast Little Rock. The park was developed in 1967 with funds for a 1966 bond issue. The name of the park refers to nearby Granite Mountain, the major landmark of the surrounding community.
