President Clinton Avenue (Cumberland Street – River Market Avenue)
WHAT: President Clinton Avenue (Cumberland Street – River Market Avenue) will be closed to through traffic beginning at 1 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 10, 2015, until 7 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 10, 2015, to accommodate construction for part of the Central Arkansas Library Parking Deck Construction.
Barricades and detour signage will be installed to inform motorists of the closure.
WHO: Motorists traveling in the River Market area.
