Hours of operation: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM / Monday - Friday

Police and Accident reports are generally available eight (8) hours after the report is taken. The cost of reports are between $5.00 - $10.00. Criminal and Traffic history checks can be obtained by visiting the records division. Please contact the Little Rock Police Department Records Division for additional information.

The Telephone Reporting Unit (TRU) is available to citizens who would like to make a non-emergency report over the telephone.

The following are examples of reports that can be taken by the TRU:

Breaking or Entering Auto (delayed report)
Criminal Mischief
Directed Patrol Request
Documenting a Violation of Order of Protection (Suspect Not Present)
Financial Identity Fraud
Forgery
Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card
General Information
Harassing Communications
Hit and Run Accident (No Injury- Private Property)
Lost/Stolen License Plate
Private Property Accident (No Injury)
Terroristic Threatening (Suspect Not Present)
Theft Reports
Vacation Home Reports

Call 9-1-1 for Emergencies. If you need to have a police officer dispatched to your location immediately, if someone is injured, or if you have any emergency situation, call 9-1-1. This includes any “crimes still in progress” or where the report you want to make has any type of “evidence” to be collected.
