History
Curran Conway Park occupies 25 acres of wooded, gently-rolling land situated in a densely-developed residential area of west Little Rock. Blakemore Creek, which has been channelized, traverses the site. The park was originally developed by the Little Rock Boys’ Club and was sold to the City of Little Rock in July, 1977. The lighted ballfield is jointly operated by the City of Little Rock and American Legion Post No. 1.
