Birchwood Park is a small but inviting neighborhood space in west Little Rock. At just three acres, the park provides a comfortable setting for families and nearby residents to gather, play, and relax along the scenic edge of Rock Creek.

History
The site for Birchwood Park was donated to the City of Little Rock in 1970 by the developers of the Birchwood Subdivision. Soon after, local U.S. Army Reserve Units volunteered their time and labor to help build the park’s early recreational facilities.
Thanks to this community effort, Birchwood Park quickly became a valued green space in the neighborhood; offering accessible recreation close to home.
