Promote Community Engagement
This process depends on broad community engagement. Can you get others to participate? Here are some ideas:
* Talk to friends and family about your experience with transportation in Little Rock, this process, and why it's important to you.
* Get involved with your neighborhood association and share how common neighborhood requests (traffic calming and cars vs. neighborhood children) are related to making walking and biking safer. Neighborhood associations can also to reach out to the City BikePed Coordinator for a presentation about these topics.
* Does your place of work, church, or other organization have a barrier to walking or biking access? Consider getting the organization involved in the planning process focused on that barrier.
* Follow BikePed Little Rock on Facebook and Twitter and like and share posts promoting the Plan
