| LITTLE ROCK – The City of Little Rock has temporarily closed a portion of West Markham Street after a vehicle struck a pedestrian bridge near the intersection of Markham and Dennison streets. This temporary closure will remain in place until engineers determine the bridge is structurally safe. The pedestrian bridge is located near the Arkansas School for the Deaf and Blind. Markham Street is closed to through traffic between Barton Street and Thayer Street. Motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes during the temporary closure. |
