Pettaway Park

Pettaway Park is a serene neighborhood retreat in the heart of Little Rock, offering visitors a peaceful place to relax, play, and connect with nature. Surrounded by greenery and seasonal blooms, the park provides a refreshing escape from the pace of city life.

History

Pettaway Park occupies 1.2 acres of gently-slopping land in the middle of downtown residential area. Originally names “Commerce Park”, the park was developed in 1971 with major funding assistance from the Community Development Block Grant Program. The Park property was acquired in 1970 from the C.D. Pettaway estate.
