Connecting Little Rock to the World

The Office of Engagement & Opportunity (OEO) proudly hosts foreign consulate visits right here in Little Rock. We bring essential services directly to our community.

How It Works

When consulates visit, they provide mobile services to citizens of their home countries. These services include passport issuance, birth registration, and other important documents. The OEO and visiting consulates coordinate appointments in advance, so community members spend less time waiting and more time getting the help they need.

What makes Little Rock’s approach special is our commitment to full-service support. Instead of leaving residents to navigate these services on their own, we bring consulates to them. The result is a welcoming, organized experience from start to finish.

Get Involved

These events are a true community effort, and there are several ways to participate. First, we rely on dedicated volunteers to help greet residents, assist with copies, and prepare the space. If you’d like to volunteer, you can register through the OEO. Additionally, community organizations are welcome to attend when space allows and share information about local resources with attendees. Finally, if your organization would like to go a step further, consulate visits are a wonderful opportunity to sponsor meals for attendees, volunteers, and staff. Contact our team to learn more.
