Step 1: Submit A Request

If you see a downed tree or debris blocking the road, please report it through 311 (online, app, or by phone). 

Step 2: Clearing The Road 

Our public works crews will respond by cutting and pushing the tree(s) to the side to quickly *open the street.* This is our top priority to keep neighborhoods accessible and safe. 

Step 3: Debris Removal 

Once roads are cleared, crews return later to haul away the debris. With over 300 piles to remove across the city, this step takes time–but we’re working as quickly as possible to clean up every location.
