Arkansas Museum of Fine Arts Board of Trustees
The Arkansas Museum of Fine Arts Board of Trustees was created by Little Rock City Ordinance No. 11,111 (Code of Ordinances Section 22-181) Each of the Board’s thirty (30) members serve four (4)-year terms. The duties of the Board are to act as a fiduciary in full accord with the bylaws and code of ethics in formulating policies consistent with the aims and purposes of the Museum, and to govern all business and property of the Museum as a public nonprofit institution without remuneration and for the public’s good. Members of the Board of Trustees are selected by the Arkansas Museum of Fine Arts Governance Committee, subject to the approval of the Little Rock City Board of Directors.

| SELECTION: | Members of the Board of Trustees are selected by the Arkansas of Fine Arts, Governance Committee, subject to the approval of the Little Rock City Board of Directors. |
