NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC
The City of Little Rock will conduct a public meeting to receive comments on its Draft Five-Year Consolidated Plan (2026–2030) and the Annual Update to the Consolidated Plan.
The Draft Consolidated Plan outlines proposed funding and programs to be carried out through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME), and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) programs. A public meeting will be held as follows:
