Citizen Participation Public Meeting (Virtual)

In accordance with its Citizen Participation Plan, the City will conduct community-wide public meetings to address housing and community development needs for the 2026-2030 Consolidated Plan and 2026 Annual Action Plan.  The purpose of the meetings is to obtain the views and comments of individuals and organizations relative to the needs that may be addressed by CDBG, HOME, and HOPWA funds.  With the announcement of Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) under CDBG, the public meetings are also scheduled to give citizens an opportunity to provide suggestions for proposed projects that may be eligible for funding under 2026 CDBG Program.
