The City of Little Rock is beginning the planning process for its Five-Year Consolidated Plan (2026-2030) and Annual Update to the Consolidated Plan.
The Consolidated Plan will outline funding and programs to be accomplished through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME), and Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS (HOPWA) programs. To initiate the planning process, a public meeting will be conducted at the following time and location:

The purpose of this meeting is to determine and receive comments on community development and housing needs, to receive comments on development of proposed activities, to review program performance, to inform the public of the 2026 planning process, and to increase citizen involvement.
