Who can make a Key to the City request?

Requests must be made by a City of Little Rock resident or an agent on behalf of businesses, events and organizations within the city limits.

How should a Key to the City request be made?
  • All requests must be submitted using the online Mayor Request Form.
  • All Key to the City requests must be submitted at least 30 days in advance to allow time for the approval process and the production of the key.
What must the Key to the City request include?
  • Contact person’s first and last name, email address and telephone number.
  • The request should include the name of the honoree, as well as a detailed statement describing the works and accomplishments to the City of Little Rock, of the person for whom the Key is requested. The date, time and location where the Key will be presented must also be included.
