What: Dedication of Public Works Operation Room
When: Tuesday, June 7, 2011 – 4:00 p.m.
Where: Public Works Operations – 3313 J.E. Davis
Public Works Operations employees will dedicate their break room to their late co-worker Nebuchadnezzar (Neb) Murray Junior at 4:00 p.m. tomorrow. Murray passed away from injuries sustained as a result of an accident that occurred while he was on duty clearing snow and ice in early February. Murray was a dedicated and hardworking employee, as well as a friend to many, a husband and a father of five children. He had worked for the City of Little Rock for more than five years.
At tomorrow’s dedication, City Manager Bruce Moore, Murray’s widow, Doris Murray and several of his co-workers will make remarks about their memories and the legacy Neb Murray leaves behind.
