LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (Aug. 10, 2015) – The Quapaw Quarter Association Board of Directors will meet for lunch at Samantha’s Tap Room and Wood Grill at noon Thursday, Sept. 10.
City Directors were invited to attend the lunch. Ward 1 Director Erma Hendrix and At-Large Director Joan Adcock indicated that they plan to attend.
The purpose of the lunch is to visit with Donovan Rypkema, principal at PlaceEconomics, a Washington, D.C.-based economic development firm. Staff members from PlaceEconomics are here for the week to help conduct a ReLocal survey in some of Little Rock’s historic neighborhoods. Volunteers are hitting the pavement through Saturday afternoon to gather data on around 8,000 parcels in the greater Quapaw Quarter area in Ward 1.
