Senior Programs

At Little Rock Parks & Recreation, we believe staying active and connected is key to living well—at every stage of life. Our senior programs are designed for adults ages 50 and older and focus on supporting a purpose-filled, engaged lifestyle through recreation, wellness, and community.

Our programs are guided by the Seven Dimensions of Wellness, encouraging physical activity, creativity, social connection, and lifelong learning. Participants are invited to explore new interests, stay active, and build meaningful relationships in a welcoming environment.
