Leland Couch

Our Leadership

Leland Couch was appointed the Director of Little Rock Parks and Recreation in April 2022. He has a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and is a Registered Landscape Architect.

Our Master Plan

The 2020 Master Plan assesses the current systems and proposes recommendations to fulfill the mission and vision of Little Rock Parks & Recreation over the next decade. It serves as a guide for future improvements in the community from 2021 to 2030.
