History
Thom Park was established through a series of land donations from Phillip Howard Thom Jr. and Geraldine M. Thom, who conveyed property to the City of Little Rock between 1975 and 1978 to create a neighborhood park for the growing southwest Little Rock community. Named in recognition of the Thom family’s generosity, the park has provided nearby residents with accessible outdoor recreation for decades.
Today, Thom Park continues to serve as a neighborhood gathering place, offering convenient access to recreation, open green space, and outdoor play for families living in the surrounding community.
