Kiwanis Park is a neighborhood park in west Little Rock that provides space for outdoor recreation, exercise, and community gatherings. The park features a new playground, walking trail, pavilion, open green space, picnic areas, and accessible pathways.
History
Kiwanis Park was developed to provide recreational opportunities and green space for the surrounding neighborhood. The park is named in recognition of Kiwanis, a service organization known for supporting children, families, and community improvement projects.
Over the years, partnerships and public investments have supported improvements throughout the park. Recent upgrades have included a new playground, a repaved walking trail, improved access, solar lighting, and renovations to the pavilion. These improvements continue the park’s role as a place for neighborhood recreation, family activities, and community connection.
