LITTLE ROCK – The divisions of Little Rock District Court will sponsor "Amnesty Month" throughout June for individuals with outstanding warrants. Anyone with misdemeanor warrants from criminal court, environmental court, traffic court or Cammack Village court may handle their court matters in June without fear of arrest.

Individuals may contact the appropriate court division to quickly resolve warrants from June 1 to June 30.

Criminal Court

Those with misdemeanor warrants from Little Rock District Criminal Court may report to the Criminal Court Clerk's window Monday through Friday between 8 and 8:30 a.m. and asked to be added to that day's docket. Those who report to the clerk by 8:30 a.m. will be seen by the judge that day.

Environmental or Cammack Village Court

Anyone who may have an outstanding warrant is asked to call (501) 371-4454 or email envcourt@littlerock.gov. When staff verifies an active warrant, individuals will be notified by email with the date and time to appear. Warrants will remain active until individuals show up for court for resolution of the case.

Traffic Court

Individuals are asked to visit the Traffic Court Clerk's office in person at 600 W. Markham St. to discuss options, or they may email TrafficCourtContact@littlerock.gov or call (501) 371-4733. At that time, they will learn how warrants may be addressed and when they may be added to the court's docket. At least $100 must be made toward outstanding fines in order for any warrant to be addressed.  The "Top 100" people owing traffic court fines are listed here. Those individuals account for more than $309,000 in overdue fines.

Little Rock District Court is open 8 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. Monday through Friday during the month of June, with the exception of the Juneteenth holiday on Thursday, June 19.
