Synopsis: A resolution to authorize the City Manager to enter into contracts with five separate wrecker service companies that responded successfully to the City’s Request for Supplier Qualifications (“RFSQ”) for Class A-D Towing services.

Synopsis: The proposed Ordinance amends Little Rock, Ark., Ordinance No. 22,828 (August 18, 2026), to reduce the authorized principal amount of the Promissory Note for the acquisition of self-contained breathing apparatus (“SCBA”) for the Little Rock Fire Department from $5,000,000 to $3,220,000 to cover costs and expenses.

To authorize the execution of a Master Note purchase and continuing covenant agreement (The “Master Agreement”) to provide short-term financing under Amendment No. 78 to the Arkansas Constitution for the acquisition of Police Vehicles and related equipment for the Little Rock Police Department; to authorize the issuance of one or more Promissory Notes under the Master Agreement in the maximum aggregate principal amount of $15,000,000.00; to prescribe other matters pertaining thereto; to declare an emergency. Synopsis: An Ordinance to authorize the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, to issue and sell its Taxable Industrial Development Revenue Bonds (Faymonville Project), Series 2026, in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed One Hundred Twenty Million Dollars ($120,000,000), pursuant to Title 14, Chapter 164, Subchapter 2 of the Arkansas Code; authorize the acquisition, construction and equipping of industrial facilities in the Little Rock Port Industrial Park for use in the manufacture of trailers and other vehicles for heavy and special transport; authorize the execution and delivery of a Trust Indenture, Lease Agreement and Agreement for Payments in Lieu of Taxes; waive competitive bidding; and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute all documents and take all actions necessary to effectuate the financing.
