Crime Free Multi-Housing Program
Crime Free Multi-Housing Program is a three part approach to establish crime prevention goals in a tenant friendly environment. Multi-Family Housing often times sees disproportionate amounts of both violent and property crime do to environmental factors and lone problem tenants. The program will at first focus on Apartment complexes with disproportionately high crime rates to establish best safety and security practices to lower the crime rate and increase the security of the residence. The program will focus on best administrative practices, CPTED (Crime Prevention through Environmental Design, and Community involvement/engagement. The first session will begin in April 2021.
