Code § 17.5-24 (1988) to add a subsection (d) to set the hours of a Juvenile Curfew from 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM as of the date of passage of this Ordinance to and Until September 8, 2026, for seven days a week; to declare an emergency; and for other purposes. Staff recommends approval. Synopsis: A resolution identifying the sitting Commissioners of the Little Rock Housing Authority d/b/a Metropolitan Housing Alliance.
2. ORDINANCE (information forthcoming)	To amend and confirm Section 1 of Little Rock, Ark. Ordinance No. 22,603 (April 29, 2025) concerning Franchise Fees to be paid to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas by Central Arkansas Water; and for other purposes. Staff recommends approval.
3. ORDINANCE (information forthcoming)	To amend and confirm Section 1 of Little Rock, Ark. Ordinance No. 22,604 (April 29, 2025) concerning Franchise Fees to be paid to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas by the Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority; and for other purposes.
