Administration

Objective:

The Administration Division is responsible for ensuring system readiness and all Departmental goals are met, with regards to administrative and employee services, implementation of policies and procedures, work site safety and employee training.

Administration Office:

Fleet Services Administrative offices are located at 3314 J.E. Davis Drive in Little Rock. The hours of operation are 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. We are closed on major holidays.

Administration and Employee Services:

Willie A. Hinton is the Department Director and oversees all aspects of the operations of the City of Little Rock-Fleet Services Department. Mr. Hinton may be reached via e-mail at whinton@littlerock.gov or by phone at (501) 918-4200.

Monica Crayton is the Fleet Administrative/Systems Operations Coordinator.  She is responsible for processing all departmental human resources documentation, processing departmental payroll and providing administrative support to the Director.  Ms. Crayton may be reached via e-mail at mcrayton@littlerock.gov or phone at (501) 918-4200.
